Since 1994, Rolex has been a partner of the Solheim Cup, the women’s intercontinental event contested by teams of professionals from the United States and Europe. Inaugurated in 1990, the Solheim Cup follows the same format as The Ryder Cup in the men’s game, comprising a series of foursome, fourball and singles matches. The USA has won the event on 10 occasions, Europe seven.
