ROLEX AND THE OSCARS® GREENROOM
The Oscars® Greenroom provides an elegant space just off the main stage, where presenters, nominees and winners can unwind as the show progresses.

Since 2016, Rolex has hosted the Greenroom, unveiling a new design each year and reinforcing its sustainable approach by reusing the core structure.

This year, as Rolex celebrates the 100th anniversary of the iconic Oyster, the world’s first waterproof watch, the design is inspired by both the spirit of innovation and the enduring heritage of the brand.

As always, the Greenroom expresses Rolex’s dedication to craftsmanship and working with skilled artisans, showcasing a high level of detail and artistry through its choice of noble materials. Green velvet creates a sense of timeless elegance, while brushed metal in refined champagne gold finishes, with expertly anodized accents in varying golden tones, brings a sophisticated visual harmony to the space.

The green and gold tones pay homage to Rolex’s signature colours while also reflecting the timeless glamour of cinema. Gold accents evoke the allure and brilliance of the film industry, while green underscores the brand’s legacy and connection to excellence.

Throughout the Greenroom, portraits of the greatest stars from Oscars® history highlight the magic and artistry of cinema, creating a space that honours both a century of watchmaking and Hollywood’s most memorable moments.

A WATCH FOR PERFORMANCE
Also on display in the Oscars® Greenroom is the Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona, in 18 ct yellow gold with a vibrant green dial. A legendary timepiece, the Cosmograph Daytona stands for performance and victory, featuring golden counters, a bezel with a tachymetric scale and an Oyster bracelet. Launched in 1963, over the years it has transcended its watch status to become a true icon. With its gold and green hue this version perfectly echoes the elegant space designed by the brand to welcome the world’s leading actors and filmmakers.
