ROLEX WATCHMAKING IN SUPPORT OF THE PLANET: FOUR EXCEPTIONAL COSMOGRAPH DAYTONA WATCHES TO BE AUCTIONED BY PHILLIPS, WITH PROCEEDS BENEFITING THE FEDERER FOUNDATION AND RE:WILD

As part of its Perpetual Planet Initiative, Rolex is proud to unveil four exceptional watches, to be sold at a charity auction in partnership with Phillips.

Inspired by the four seasons, these unique Cosmograph Daytona watches showcase Rolex’s expertise in gem-setting – a rare and refined expression of watchmaking excellence that brings together precision, creativity and beauty. Through a distinct gem-setting language of colours, gemstones and finishes, each watch evokes the atmosphere and beauty of a particular season, echoing the natural cycle of time and life.

More than exceptional timepieces, these unique watches, sold in four lots, carry a deeper meaning. Proceeds will benefit two organizations:

  • The Federer Foundation, founded by Roger Federer, champions early and foundational learning for children across Southern Africa and Switzerland;
  • Re:wild, co-founded by Leonardo DiCaprio, protects and restores wild ecosystems around the world.

The missions of these two organizations – supporting future generations and protecting nature – resonate directly with Rolex’s vision for a more sustainable planet. “True excellence is measured not only by the quality of our products, but also by the positive impact we can have on the world”, says Jean-Frédéric Dufour, CEO of Rolex SA.

Through this initiative, Rolex reaffirms its commitment to protecting the natural world and supporting future generations, placing its watchmaking and gem-setting expertise in support of causes that matter to the company. Each watch tells a story: one of nature, time and hope for generations to come.

The auction will take place in London on Monday, 28 September 2026, with Phillips conducting the sale. Further information is available on rolex.com.
